The Heart of My Work

I’m Eva Deleau, in English, my name means from the water.
I’m a Women’s Mentor, Somatic Therapist, Sex Coach, and Vulva Artist. Above all, I’m a human devoted to feeling fully alive, to listening to the body, and to living in reverence with the Earth.

I was born and raised in France, in a home where the world was never small. Both of my parents were war journalists, bringing stories from the frontlines into our living room. From them, I inherited curiosity, independence, and a reverence for truth, even when it’s uncomfortable.

Maybe this is our first crossing in this space, and I want you to know, I know what it’s like to be disconnected from your own body. To shrink yourself to be wanted. To wonder if pleasure, desire, or presence are even meant for you.
I know the weight of shame. The quiet ache of not being seen. I’ve carried them too. Years ago, I realized something had to change. I had shaped myself around what others expected, forgetting the rhythm of my own body, silencing the voice of my own desire.

Through movement, expression, and ceremony, I began to remember. Slowly, I found my way back to myself, to sensation, to aliveness, to pleasure as a birthright, not a reward.
It wasn’t about becoming someone new. It was about coming home to the woman I had always been. Each step, each breath, each sound brought me closer.

I’ve learned to listen deeply, to my body, to the Earth, to the rhythms of life. This devotion guides everything I do. She holds me in my softness and my rage, and she teaches me that everything belongs.

This relationship with the Earth is not a practice I do. It’s the language my soul speaks. It infuses the spaces I hold, the art I create, and the work I offer.

I’m not here to fix you or to heal you, because you are not broken.
I walk beside you, inviting you to return to your body, your truth, your wild, sacred self that has always been waiting. Together, we can remember what was buried, lost, or silenced.
Because I know the power of coming home to yourself. Because I’ve felt the shift from numbness to sensation, from shame to reverence.

In my spaces, you are invited to come fully, safely, and without apology.
If something in your body whispered yes as you read this, I would love to meet you there, in your body, your story, your truth.
