The Heart of My Work

Hi, I’m Eva.
In English, my surname, Deleau, means from the water.
I am a Women’s Mentor, Somatic Practitioner, Sex Coach, and Vulva Artist. Above all, I am a human devoted to feeling fully alive, listening deeply to the body, and living in relationship with the Earth.
I was born and raised in France, in a home where the world was never small.
Both of my parents were war journalists, bringing stories from the frontlines into our living room. From them, I inherited curiosity, independence, and a deep reverence for truth even when it is uncomfortable.
Maybe this is our first meeting in this space. And if it is, I want you to know something:
I know what it feels like to be disconnected from yourself.
To shrink yourself in order to be loved.
To question your desiresTo lose trust in your body.
To carry shame that was never yours to hold.
I know the quiet ache of feeling disconnected from your own aliveness.
Because I have lived it too.
For years, I searched for myself outside of myself. I looked for answers in relationships, experiences, movement, travel, altered states, and endless exploration.
Yet beneath it all was a deeper longing: To feel at home in my own body.
My path led me through profound challenges, periods of deep disconnection, addiction, difficult relationships, and moments where I lost sight of myself completely.
And yet, those experiences became invitations.
Invitations to listen.
To slow down.
To feel.
To return.
Through movement, dance, ceremony, women’s spaces, embodiment practices, and a growing relationship with the Earth, I slowly began to remember.
Not who I needed to become. But who I had always been.
Little by little, I found my way back to sensation, pleasure, self-trust, and aliveness.
I learned that the body is not something to overcome but a doorway, a guide, a source of wisdom.
And that understanding changed everything.

While much of my work is centered around women's embodiment and womb wisdom, I also welcome trans women and people with a womb space who feel resonance with the offerings. My intention is to create spaces rooted in respect, consent and deep listening to each person's unique experience.
WHY I DO THIS WORK ?
The spaces that transformed my life were not spaces where someone tried to fix me.
They were spaces where I was invited to meet myself.
Spaces where I could be witnessed, where I could soften and where I could remember that my body already held intelligence, wisdom, and truth.
Today, this is the kind of work I offer.
I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, their desires, their boundaries, their pleasure, and their capacity to trust themselves.
My work is for women who:
• Feel disconnected from their bodies
• Struggle to trust their inner voice
• Long to explore intimacy, desire, and pleasure in a conscious way
• Wish to release shame and reclaim self-expression
• Are navigating transitions, endings, beginnings, or personal transformation
• Desire a deeper relationship with their feminine wisdom
I believe healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about returning to yourself.
Again and again.
With tenderness.
With honesty.
With courage.
My Path & Training
My work is informed by years of personal exploration, professional training, and embodied practice.
A significant part of my foundation comes from the HEARTH Practitioner Program, a 12-month trauma-informed training that integrates somatic healing, embodiment, nervous system awareness, and an in-depth understanding of the body through both experiential and scientific perspectives.
This training deepened my ability to support women through body-based practices while honoring the complexity of the nervous system, personal history, and individual experience.
Alongside this, I have spent years learning through travel, community, ceremony, and direct experience. I have worked for several years with a range of plant allies, including both ceremonial plants and European plant wisdom traditions, developing a relationship to the natural world that is rooted in respect, observation, and lived experience. In Guatemala and Colombia I had the opportunity to learn within spaces carrying ancestral wisdom and traditional relationships with the body and womb space.
My most recent journey took me to South America, where I spent time in the jungle and was introduced to traditional plant-based practices through local guides and ceremonial contexts. These experiences deepened my understanding of relationship to the body, to nature, and to presence and continue to inform my work today. They also shaped a more humble, embodied approach to working with plant allies, grounded in listening and responsibility.
Today, I weave together these experiences into a grounded and intuitive approach that honors both the wisdom of the body and the uniqueness of each woman’s journey.
I am not here to fix you.
You are not broken.
I simply walk beside you, offering a space where you can listen more deeply to yourself, reconnect with what has been forgotten, and come home to your own truth.
If something in you whispers yes as you read these words, I would be honored to meet you there.
