Flow of life

She feels her river flowing between her thighs,

Without yet knowing the wisdom it carries.

Hundreds of women before her,

Caged in shame and confusion, still holding her,

As if she were their only chance to breathe again.

The weight is heavy,

The flow unstoppable,

And sometimes, the pain unbearable.

But each month, she awakens a little more to this treasure, once seen as a curse.

Drop after drop, she reclaims what was never truly forgotten

She dives into the waters of her womb,

Offering her sacred rivers to the Earth,

Thirsty for her Medicine.

She learns to listen, to set free the flow of life.

Behind her, hundreds of generations reclaim their freedom through her courage.

She is the savior.

She is the warrior.

She fights in silence,

And yet, she is louder than the pain the world is facing.
